All I can say is that DLC is amazing! Manuel and his crew were quick and provided superior work to the exterior of our home. They did so much work for us. Here’s a list of all they did! Added before pic and then some of the finished work. -New roof and referral for gutters/gutter guards. -Demo exterior fireplace and siding match. -New windows entire home. -Demo patio slider w/new French door addition. -Front door replacement. -Wood patio Demo, installation new 15x50 cement patio with stairs and retaining wall. -Covered patio addition back deck w/lighting and ceiling fan. -Home repainted. We are so happy with our new work and can’t wait to have them work on the interior!

A superb bathroom remodel by DLC Construction! They took a fifty-something year-old bathroom in a 100 year-old house and made it modern, contemporary, and stellar. It was an especially fine job because 1) they had to level the walls in order to properly mount the tile, and 2) they had so little space to work with! Because of the house's structure, the job took more labor than anticipated, but DLCC kept the price reasonable. They also gave invaluable advice on fixtures, paint, etc. Many thanks to the fine efforts by Berenice, Manuel, and the entire team. With their work ethic and good-humored professionalism, it was a pleasure to have them do this job. Thank you!
